We offer a six month warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. All our products are closely inspected before being shipped out. However in the rare event your item arrives with a defect, you can contact us SUPPORT@LUCCIZ.COM and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item replaced/repaired.

If warranty is approved on your item, we will cover the whole shipping process, from you shipping it to us and then us sending it back to you.
Please note:
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Lucciz within 15 minutes informing you that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes (please ensure the email was not sent to your junk folder), it means we have not received your order and no payment has been received by Lucciz. You will then need to place a new order.
